Role Description

The Junior Property Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position located in Heliopolis. The role involves assisting clients in finding properties that meet their needs, conducting property viewings, providing expert real estate advice, and supporting the sales process from start to finish. Daily responsibilities also include building and maintaining relationships with clients, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Consulting, Real Estate, and Sales
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• A proactive, client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with the real estate market in Heliopolis or nearby areas is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and relevant software is a plus
