Role Description

We are seeking a Junior Property Consultant for a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. The responsibilities include conducting property consultations, assisting clients in sales transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting potential buyers or renters to find properties that meet their needs. The Junior Property Consultant will also collaborate with the sales team to achieve organizational goals, maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market, and build positive client relationships through effective communication and guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting, Sales, and Real Estate skills for understanding the property market and facilitating transactions
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain effective client relationships
• Solid teamwork abilities with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• High level of professionalism and ability to thrive in an on-site team environment
• Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not required
