Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Property Consultant, based in Cairo. The role involves providing consultancy services to clients, maintaining communication to understand their needs, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing property inquiries, conducting property tours, and assisting in negotiations to close sales. The consultant will also work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and company sales targets.

Qualifications

• Consulting and Real Estate expertise to provide informed property advice
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Sales skills, including negotiation and closing techniques, to achieve targets and drive growth
• Proficiency in market analysis and understanding property trends
• Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant experience in real estate or consulting is a plus
