Job Overview

We are currently hiring junior QA/QC professionals for a major project in Expo City, Dubai. This role will support the quality assurance and control of mechanical and electrical works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing QA/QC procedures across mechanical and electrical works

• Support inspections and testing in line with approved ITPs

• Review drawings, method statements, and material submittals

• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project specifications and standards

• Assist in raising and tracking NCRs and follow up on close out actions

• Coordinate with site teams and supervisors on quality related matters

• Maintain accurate QA/QC records and documentation

• Support audits and quality reviews

• Monitor and report on corrective actions

Requirements

Junior QA/QC Engineer or Inspector

• 2 to 5 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects

• Basic understanding of mechanical and or electrical works

• Exposure to inspections, testing, and QA/QC documentation

• Familiarity with codes and standards is an advantage

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Willingness to learn and develop within QA/QC functions

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• QA/QC certifications are an advantage
