Roles and responsibilities:
- Maintaining logs for variations, Instructions, RFI's, PA, PC,etc.
- Take off quantities and preparation of scope wise packages
- Support Sr. QS for sub con billing: Cross checking at site, evaluation, certification
- Support Sr. QS for Preparation of interim payment applications
- Comparison of IFT & IFC drawings, preparation of comparison report
- Assist the project QS for all project related works
Must have skills:
- 2+ Years of relevant exp. as a QS in an Interior Fit out company
- Understanding of quantity take off and preparation of scope wise packages
