Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding
  • Source candidates using various platforms including job boards, social media, and networking
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support hiring managers in defining job requirements and preparing job descriptions
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract talent
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruiting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
  • Enthusiasm for learning and developing a career in recruiting
  • Experience in the technology or digital industry is a plus
