Job Title: Junior Recruiter
-Location: Maadi, Cairo (NAOS Solutions HQ)
-Shift: 11:00 AM – 07:30 PM (Sunday – Thursday)
-Weekends: Friday & Saturday Fixed Off
About the Role
As a Junior Recruiter at NAOS, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle, with a primary focus on the early stages of the funnel: sourcing, screening, and database management. You will be the first point of contact for candidates and play a key role in meeting the high-volume staffing needs of NAOS's internal projects and external clients.
Core Responsibilities
The recruiter manages the Full Life Cycle of hiring, which typically includes:
-- Sourcing: Proactively identify candidates through job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn), social media (Facebook - Instagram - Tiktook), and the internal NAOS database.
-- Job Posting: Create and manage job advertisements on various platforms to attract fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
-- Initial Screening: Conduct high-volume phone screenings to evaluate language proficiency (specifically Arabic or English levels), communication skills, and culture fit.
-- Interview Coordination: Schedule face-to-face or online interviews between candidates and Senior Recruiters.
-- Database Management: Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated and ensure all candidate information is collected.
-- Mass Hiring Support: Assist in organizing Open Days or recruitment events for large-scale call center accounts.
-- Reporting: Track daily and weekly KPIs, such as the number of calls made, interviews scheduled, and show-up rates.
Requirements:
-- Education: Bachelor's degree holders OR Undergraduates with no university commitment (attendance) are welcome to apply.
-- Experience: +6 Months of experience. (Internships in HR or experience as a Call Center Agent are highly valued).
-- Language: Excellent to Fluent English (mandatory for screening international campaign candidates).
-- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, resilience against no's, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with MS Office and recruitment platforms.
Compensation & Benefits:
-- Gross Base Salary: 7,000 EGP (Fixed)
-- KPI Bonus: 3,000 EGP (Based on call volume, show-up rates, and database accuracy)
-- Success Incentive: 250 – 500 EGP per successful hire (Paid upon candidate completion of the first month/probation).
-- Social and Medical Insurance from Day 1.
Working hours & Days off
-- Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM (9 Hours total).
-- Break Time: 1-Hour flexible break included daily.
-- Working Days: Sunday – Thursday.
-- Fixed Weekends: Fridays and Saturdays off.
