Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Recruiter to support our Talent & Culture function. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who enjoys both people-facing work and administrative coordination. You will play a key role in supporting recruitment activities while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Support end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level roles
- Screen CVs and coordinate interviews
- Post job openings on job portals and social platforms
- Communicate with candidates and support onboarding activities
- Assist with day-to-day office administration and coordination
- Maintain HR records, trackers, and documentation
- Support attendance, leave tracking, and internal coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 13 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or office administration
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
