We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities and help identify, attract, and onboard suitable candidates across various roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (Face-to-Face and virtual)
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and maintain candidate databases
- Support the recruitment team in end-to-end hiring processes
- Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
- Must be currently based in the UAE
- Must be available for Face-to-Face (F2F) interviews
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in the UAE
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Experience in immigration or visa processing
- Knowledge of UAE labor and recruitment practices
