What you will do- Gather and clean operational data from various sources to support our logistics client mandate.
- Build and maintain recurring reports that track key performance indicators across the regional portfolio.
- Draft clear briefing notes that summarize technical data findings for the firm's principals.
- Assist in identifying patterns or inconsistencies within large data sets that could affect corporate governance.
- Conduct targeted research on industry trends within the regional logistics sector to provide context for our analysis.
- Prepare visual aids and charts that simplify complex financial and operational information.
- Monitor the progress of specific operating model changes and report on their performance over time.
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure all data points align with the broader project goals.
