About the role
The Junior Reporting Analyst supports the firm by distilling complex financial and operational data into clear, defensible reports for our clients. This role ensures that our principals have accurate, up to date insights when advising on corporate strategy and portfolio decisions. It is an essential position for maintaining the analytical rigor that our mandates require.
About Arabian Private Holdings
Arabian Private Holdings operates on the principle that critical business problems require direct partner attention rather than bloated consulting teams. We work with prominent family groups, government entities, and listed corporations to address questions of governance, succession, and operating model efficiency. Our firm values clarity over complexity, and we choose to work on a limited number of high stakes mandates where we can form a rigorous view and stand by it. As a fully remote organization, we prioritize the quality of our analysis and the strength of our client relationships over traditional office structures.
What you will do- Collect and organize operational data from various portfolio companies to support ongoing mandates.
- Draft concise weekly reports that summarize performance metrics for our partner, a major Dubai-based holding company.
- Perform basic financial modeling to help principals evaluate capital injection requests or divestment options.
- Verify the accuracy of board materials and governance documents before they are presented to client leadership.
- Identify trends within industry datasets to assist in rationalizing portfolio holdings.
- Maintain internal databases to ensure all client information is structured and easily accessible for the team.
- Assist in the preparation of clear, written briefs that explain complex corporate problems in plain English.
- Support the development of operating model benchmarks to measure performance across different business units.
What we are looking for- A strong ability to think logically and break down a problem into its component parts.
- Exceptional written precision and the ability to explain numbers without using jargon.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and a high degree of accuracy when handling large sets of data.
- A curious mindset that seeks to understand the reason behind a specific business outcome.
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strict deadlines.
- A background in finance, economics, or a related field of study that emphasizes analytical rigor.
- Strong attention to detail and a refusal to settle for surface level answers in written work.
How we work
Our firm operates as a distributed team, which allows us to focus entirely on the mandates at hand without the distractions of a physical office. This remote model relies on clear communication, mutual trust, and a commitment to high quality output. While the work is independent, you will receive direct mentoring from our principals, who remain accountable for every decision and piece of advice we provide. We do not use aggressive growth targets or complex hierarchies: instead, we focus on helping our clients reach a definitive decision. This environment requires a high level of self discipline and the ability to produce work that can withstand intense scrutiny.
What the role offers- Direct exposure to high level corporate strategy and governance projects for major regional entities.
- A competitive compensation package that is attractive for the current market and entry level seniority.
- The flexibility of a permanent, fully remote position that values results over hours spent at a desk.
- Direct mentorship from experienced partners who are invested in your professional development.
- A chance to build a foundation in portfolio analysis and corporate reporting within a principal led firm.
- An environment where clarity of thought and honest, independent advice are the highest priorities.
