Job Description
Order Processing:
- Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify order details, pricing, and product availability.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date sales records.
- Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, including invoices and contracts.
Customer Support:
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and delivery status.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address and resolve customer issues.
Communication:
- Coordinate with the sales team to gather necessary information for order processing.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
Reporting:
Generate and maintain regular sales reports for management.
Provide insights and feedback to contribute to sales strategy improvement.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to create sales presentations and proposals.
- Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Previous experience in sales administration or customer service is a plus.
