Role Purpose
The Junior Sales Engineer will support the sales of technical manpower services for the electrical drive and rotating equipment business. The role focuses on identifying new customers, understanding manpower requirements, and coordinating internally to deliver suitable service solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for manpower services related to electrical drives and motors.
- Meet potential customers, understand their technical and manpower requirements, and support solution proposals.
- Assist in preparing commercial offers in coordination with sales and technical teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business.
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure service scope clarity and smooth execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Prepare basic sales reports, activity updates, and pipeline status.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- 12 years of experience in sales, service, or engineering support within industrial or electrical environments.
- Exposure to motors, drives, rotating equipment, or manpower services is preferred.
Skills & Requirements
- Basic knowledge of electrical drives, motors, and industrial equipment.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
