Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales Executive role located in Doha, Qatar. The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into long-term clients. The role involves managing sales pipelines, preparing proposals, following up with leads, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution. Regular client communication and market research to stay updated on industry trends will be essential.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a desire to meet and exceed sales targets

12 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development (agency experience is a plus)

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously

A basic understanding of digital marketing services is an advantage

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
