Consultify Business Consultancy is hiring on behalf of a leading client in the Training & Education industry, specializing in computer courses and professional training.

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and results-driven Sales Executive to join the team and contribute to business growth through effective customer engagement and sales performance.

Position Details

Job Title: Sales Executive

Industry: Training & Education – Computer Courses & Professional Training

Location: Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt

Employment Type: Full-Time

Basic Salary: from EGP 8000 to EGP 10,000 per month

Commission: Attractive & High Commission Structure based on achieved sales and training contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers and respond to inquiries.
• Explain available computer courses and training programs clearly.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Handle customer objections professionally, particularly regarding pricing, course content, and schedules.
• Convert leads into registrations and sales.
• Follow up with customers throughout the registration and payment process.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales and follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with training and administration teams.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers.

• Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
• Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.

• Professional, energetic, and positive attitude.
• Fast learner with the ability to understand and explain training products.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge of WhatsApp and social media platforms.
• CRM experience is an advantage.
• Previous experience in selling training courses is a strong advantage.
• University degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential are welcome to apply.
