Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for a Junior Sales Manager. The Junior Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to achieving the company's sales goals. Responsibilities include creating and executing sales plans, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction with products and services. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of projects.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Negotiation
• Strong Market Research and Analytical capabilities to identify opportunities and trends
• Knowledge of the chemical or related industries is highly preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate and present ideas and proposals
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage day-to-day tasks efficiently
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools for sales and client management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field
• Must speak professional English
• Concrete/ Engineering experience is preferred
• Must have a car and a driving license
