Job Purpose
As a Fresh Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales of our educational products and services. This is an entry-level, target-driven role perfect for ambitious individuals passionate about education and eager to build a career in sales. You will proactively reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and convert leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and field visits (if applicable) within the assigned territory in and around Nasr City.
- Product Presentation: Clearly and enthusiastically present our portfolio of educational products/services (e.g., curriculum solutions, e-learning platforms, training programs, educational tools) to school administrators, teachers, and institutional decision-makers.
- Lead Management: Identify and qualify leads, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from the market regarding competitor activities and customer needs. Report insights to the sales manager.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the company CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or any related field. Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- 0-2 years of sales experience. Full training will be provided.
- Passion for the education sector and a strong desire to help institutions improve learning outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in Arabic (English is a plus).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
- Must be residing in or near Nasr City.
