Role Description The Junior Site Architecture Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. This role supports senior engineers and architects in overseeing site activities, reviewing drawings, and coordinating with civil and structural engineering teams. Daily tasks include monitoring construction progress, assisting with quality control inspections, reporting site issues, and helping ensure work complies with design specifications and standards. The role also involves communicating with contractors and project stakeholders, documenting site observations, and contributing to problem-solving for technical and coordination challenges. The engineer will be expected to follow safety procedures and support continuous improvement of site processes.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong on-site experience or training, with an understanding of construction workflows and site supervision.
  • Candidates should possess structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge relevant to architectural and infrastructure projects.
  • Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess quality control awareness, including basic familiarity with inspection methods and standards compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to document site activities accurately.
  • Willingness to learn, work under supervision, and adapt to fast-paced project environments.
  • Basic proficiency in relevant design or engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) is an advantage.
