Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Site Coordinator - Interior Projects located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves assisting with project management tasks, coordinating on-site activities, overseeing project timelines, and liaising between clients and contractors. Responsibilities include ensuring design implementation matches project specifications, monitoring progress, providing updates, and addressing on-site challenges to ensure high-quality results. The Junior Site Coordinator will work closely with the design and project teams to maintain smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Understanding of construction and interior design processes and methodologies.
• Ability to interpret technical and detailed shop drawings.
• General Knowledge in construction, MEP and technical works.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ability to identify and solve on-site issues efficiently while ensuring project quality and timelines.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality project execution.
• Familiarity with materials, furnishings, and finishes common in high-end interior design projects is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
