Junior Social Media Operations: Moderation & Data Analyst
This role combines community management and social media analytics, playing a key part in maintaining a strong and positive brand presence online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Moderate comments, messages, and mentions in real-time across platforms
- Respond to audience inquiries in line with brand tone and guidelines
- Handle complaints and support crisis management when needed
- Monitor brand sentiment, trends, and ongoing conversations
- Analyze social media performance (engagement, reach, etc.)
- Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations
- Identify opportunities to enhance content and overall performance
