Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing daily social media activities across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, and respond when needed
- Help with content creation (captions, basic designs, short videos, reels)
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activity
- Collect and organize social media data and performance metrics
- Support paid and organic social media campaigns
- Report basic insights and engagement results to the team
Requirements- Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Strong written communication skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar
