Junior Software Consultant

Title: Junior Technical Consultant (Enterprise Content & Industrial Information Solutions)

Location: Maadi, Cairo, Egypt (On Site)

BASS is expanding our Maadi team! We are looking for fresh graduates fluent in French to work with world-class technologies like OpenText and AVEVA software solutions.

About the Role:

As a Junior Consultant at BASS, you will support the delivery of enterprise content management and industrial information solutions for large organizations. Your work will be a mix of consulting, integration support, customer communication, not purely software development.

You'll be guided by senior consultants and engineers as you learn platforms like OpenText (ECM / Documentum) and AVEVA platforms, gradually taking ownership of real customer facing tasks within ongoing projects.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates fluent in French who want to build a serious engineering career in enterprise systems. You'll gain hands-on experience with global platforms and international clients, with opportunities to travel on projects.

Essential Requirements (Must Have):

• Fluent in French, must be certified (ex: BAC Diplme, a Bachelor's degree from UFE, DELF, DALF, etc..).
• Good English for reading documentation, communicating with partners, and writing emails.
• Have good communication skills.
• Fast learner and strong willingness to learn new platforms and technologies.
• Communicate with internal teams, partners, and customers professionally.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability and willingness to travel when projects require it.
• Must be in Egypt

Additional Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Any internships / graduation projects in systems, integration, IT, or enterprise software.
• Basic programming/scripting fundamentals (Java/C#/Python/etc.) helpful but not the focus.
• Good knowledge of databases (SQL), basic networking concepts, and operating systems (Windows / Linux).
• Comfort working with web technologies and APIs.
• Previous internships or graduation projects related to integration projects using web services / REST APIs.
