Job Description
Objective:
- Responsible for deploying, configuring, and validating the delivered solution/product to the client's environment.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in conducting business analysis to understand the client's requirements and processes.
- Assisting in testing and validating the effectiveness of the new solutions.
- Deploying, configuring, and tuning the software in the customer environment.
- Participating in deployment and testing in client environments, bug fixes, and customizations for existing and new clients.
- Working closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are properly implemented and integrated with other systems.
- Monitoring client satisfaction with services to ensure client needs are being met.
- Identifying potential problems early on in the testing/implementation phase to ensure the success of the delivery.
- Participating in Providing training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the solutions during acceptance testing.
- Assisting in Foreseeing the deployment of products onto the client environment and successful delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Sciences or any relevant fields.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Familiarity with database (MS SQL or Oracle).
- Familiarity with testing, SSL security, and -certificate management reading logs are a plus.
- Familiarity with handling different operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Familiarity with applications servers (Websphere, Apache Tomcat,..etc ) are a plus.
- Familiarity with openShift and Kubernetes, microservices, and containerized architecture are a plus.
- Understanding of project management processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with Incident troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
