Job Description:
We are looking for a driven Software Sales Executive to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling software solutions, generating new leads, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities for software products and solutions
Conduct product presentations and demos for prospective clients
Understand client requirements and propose suitable software solutions
Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closure
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Update and manage customer data using CRM tools
Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for smooth onboarding
Track market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
12 years of experience in software / IT sales
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of software products (ERP, CRM, SaaS, custom solutions, etc.)
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience preferred
