Job Description:
- Support the Sous Chef in supervising daily kitchen operations and ensuring consistent food quality.
- Lead a specific kitchen section, guiding cooks and ensuring timely preparation during service.
- Maintain strict food safety, hygiene standards, and adherence to established recipes.
- Assist in menu execution and development with proven experience in international cuisine.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Solid hands-on experience in international cuisine and multi-cuisine kitchen environments.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and section-leadership abilities, with solid knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen procedures, and stock management.
