We are looking for a passionate and talented Junior Sous Chef Sushi to join our world-class culinary team and help us deliver the exceptional sushi experience that SUSHISAMBA is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the sushi section, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Train, mentor, and inspire junior team members.
• Assist in menu development, innovation, and seasonal offerings.
• Control stock, minimize wastage, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Uphold brand standards and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in sushi preparation within premium or fine dining restaurants with minimum 1 year experience as Junior Sous Chef and ability to lead a large team.
• Strong knife skills and expertise in Japanese techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP certification preferred).
• Creativity, passion for culinary arts, and attention to detail.
