Review exhibitions stand designs for structural integrity and compliance with safety standards. Ensure compliance with Client health & safety guidelines and other relevant international standards.
Conduct onsite inspections to verify that exhibition stands are constructed in accordance with approved designs and standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of inspection reports, findings, and recommendations.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders, including designers, contractors, and event organizers.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders as needed.
Follow up on stand completion status and ensure that the halls are ready for the opening.
Carry out pre-opening checks.
To check the technical drawings and calculations of the stand
(Ensure all Engineering procedures are implemented within the area of his/her responsibility.
Implement any other duties as assigned by the Director Venues Infrastructure.
Required Skills
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Equivalent certification courses.
Computer Literate
Events and Exhibition experience
Safety Certificate is
Minimum 4 years in the capacity of Junior Structural Engineer
