Job Description
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and attending recruitment events such as school visits, education fairs, and on campus events.
- Provide accurate and engaging information to prospective students and parents regarding programs, admissions, scholarships, and campus life.
- Support the implementation of marketing and outreach campaigns targeting potential students.
- Help maintain the recruitment database and track leads and inquiries.
- Follow up with potential applicants to encourage conversion to enrollment.
- Collaborate with the Admissions and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely communication.
- Prepare reports and feedback on recruitment activities and event outcomes.
- Assist with any administrative tasks related to recruitment and admissions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field.
- 2 years of similar experience is preferred.
- Excellent command of English Language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent Communication and time management skills.
