Scope: Local Customer Fulfillment DT and end-to-end GEO supply chain execution DT
Travel: Up to 30% international travel as business needs require
About Lenovo Customer Fulfillment DT
Lenovo operates a global customer fulfillment network that connects demand planning, order management, allocation, manufacturing coordination, logistics execution, delivery management, and customer service across GEO markets.
As part of Lenovo's GSC & ISG DT organization, you will work directly with local Customer Fulfillment business teams, GEO supply chain operations, sales operations, logistics, planning, and global DT teams to drive digital transformation, AI adoption, and operational excellence.
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer fulfillment processes, end-to-end supply chain execution, digital solution deployment, and AI-enabled business process improvement in a GEO operating environment.
What you'll do
Partner with local Customer Fulfillment
- Be the Digital Transformation partner for the local Customer Fulfillment and GEO supply chain teams.
- Help improve order fulfillment, backlog management, delivery visibility and the resolution of exceptions.
Transform the end-to-end supply chain
- Drive process improvements across demand, orders, allocation, supply commit, logistics and delivery.
- Map how work flows today and find ways to simplify, standardize and automate it across teams.
Deploy digital solutions and drive adoption
- Help roll out and improve tools such as SAP, order management and planning platforms, logistics visibility tools, workflow automation and dashboards.
- Take part in requirements gathering, process design, testing, training, user support and go-live.
- Work with business users so new systems are adopted and deliver real business value.
Use data and AI to find improvements
.Analyze order, inventory and logistics data, and support AI use cases such as exception detection, order prioritization and delivery risk prediction.

Who we're looking for
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Analytics / Data Science preferred. Computer Science, Information Systems and AI-related degrees are also welcome.
- Strong interest in customer fulfillment, order management, logistics and end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and able to turn data into clear actions.
- A clear communicator and team player who takes ownership and enjoys a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Fluent in English.
