Job Summary
Support material planning and production scheduling to ensure product availability while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and monitor MRP in the ERP system.
- Analyze material requirements and identify shortages or excess inventory.
- Create and maintain production plans based on demand forecasts and customer orders.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics to ensure timely material supply and production execution.
- Maintain planning parameters such as lead times, safety stock, and lot sizes.
- Track inventory levels and support inventory optimization initiatives.
- Prepare planning and inventory reports and support continuous improvement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of MRP, inventory management, and production planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
