About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated Junior System Administrator to join our team at Bayantech. This is a great opportunity for someone at the early stage of their career who's eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in managing IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining servers and systems
- Monitor system performance and report any issues
- Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot basic IT problems
- Support user account management (creation, access, permissions)
- Help maintain system security, backups, and updates
- Document processes and system configurations
- Collaborate with the IT team on ongoing projects and improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
