To maintain a competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a new Junior System Analyst

Job purpose:

The Systems Analyst will Gather and validate customer requirements and translate them into a project for the development team along with playing a role in managing the projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the overall health, performance, and configuration of the Genesys platform, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and service standards.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Genesys system configurations or enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize routing strategies, reporting, IVR workflows, and integrations to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the integration of Genesys with CRM systems, workforce management, and other enterprise platforms, ensuring seamless data and process flow.
  • Manage and support Genesys system operations across KSA, Egypt, and UAE, ensuring consistency, localization where needed, and alignment with regional business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/IT Engineering.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience as a System Analyst, preferably with Genesys Cloud or Genesys Engage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Operation/Customer support.
  • Telephony & Contact Center Architecture.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Good understanding of relational databases and proficiency with SQL.
