Junior System Analyst

We are looking for a Systems Analyst to support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of business systems. The role will work closely with management and various stakeholders to understand business needs, improve processes, provide system support, and support digitalization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

. Gather and document business and system requirements from various departments.

. Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements.

. Support the implementation, testing, deployment, and enhancement of business applications.

. Monitor and maintain ERP and other business systems.

. Provide first-level support and coordinate with software vendors and external consultants.

. Prepare system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

. Conduct UAT and assist with system integration testing.

. Generate reports and dashboards, ensure data integrity and security, and support IT digitalization and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

. Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.

. Candidate must have a at least 2 years of relevant experience in system implementation, system analysis, or a related role.

. Hands-on experience in Zoho systems and implementation is required.

. Familiarity with business process mapping and documentation.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
