We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Technical Support . In this role, you will provide first-line technical support to users via our ticketing system, phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, respond to user inquiries, and escalate complex problems when necessary.

What You'll Do
- Respond to user inquiries via ticketing system, phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Provide clear and concise guidance to users for resolving technical problems.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
- Escalate complex problems to senior technicians or relevant support teams.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and solutions.
- Maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude in all interactions.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills.
- Follow all company policies and IT procedures.

- Minimum one year of experience in a technical support or customer service role.
- Strong understanding of basic computer hardware and software.
