Job Purpose:
The job holder along with the team will be executing all activities (repairs, maintenance work) assigned by the Supervisor, with his guidance and help, on the day-to-day work.
Key Result Areas:
- Carry out all scheduled / non- scheduled maintenance services of systems under the guidance of the concerned Supervisor in the most efficient manner.
- Inspect and record all necessary readings on prescribed log sheet or checklist.
- Ensure proper handling of tools and optimizes use of consumables.
- Ensure that all work activities are carried out in an efficient, professional and tidy manner before, after and during the job.
- Communicate with supervisor on the work performed and handover jobs that are still pending before the end of the shift.
- Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment's (PPE's) while performing maintenance services.
- Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 International Standards and execute his/her responsibility according to the department work procedures reflecting EKFC Quality Policy.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience:
Education Qualification:
- A Diploma holder in Electrical, Mechanical, Control or Industrial Engineering from recognized college and institute.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience or hands on work experience in similar position in Hospitality, Catering, Facility Management or Project Management Industry.
Skills:
- Technical & analytical skills
- Sound knowledge
- 100 % attendance and participation to the work.
- Excellent on oral & written communications skills.
