Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound tourism inquiries and bookings
- Communicate and coordinate with hotels, suppliers, tour guides, and airport representatives
- Design custom tour packages and provide accurate quotations
- Ensure exceptional customer service and smooth travel experiences
Requirements
- 12 years experience in inbound tourism or travel consultancy
- Proven ability to deal with hotels, suppliers, and tour operators
- Strong package design and quotation skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Degree in Travel & Tourism or related field (preferred)
