Junior Watch Technician

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Watch Technician
• Strong knowledge of watch repair, maintenance, and servicing
• Experience with luxury or branded watches is an advantage
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• High attention to detail and precision
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Repair and service various types of watches
• Perform battery replacements, strap adjustments, and minor repairs
• Diagnose faults and provide appropriate solutions
• Ensure quality standards are maintained in all repairs
• Maintain tools and workspace in good condition
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspection of watches
• Coordinate with the retail or customer service team regarding repair updates
• Ensure timely completion of repair and servicing requests

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical certification in watch repair or related field is an advantage
• Experience working with luxury watch brands is preferred
• Good communication and organizational skills
