Juniper / Network SME

We are seeking an experienced Juniper / Network Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support network deployment, migration, and operational activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Juniper and Cisco networking technologies, SDN architectures, and hands-on experience with data center deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and manage Juniper Networks (MX and QFX series) devices. Hands-on experience with Apstra is highly preferred.

• Perform routing, switching, and network migration activities.

• Manage Juniper and Cisco switch deployment, configuration, and cut over for new data centers.

• Apply in-depth knowledge of SDN technologies and architectures.

• Work with VMware NSX-T environments for network virtualization.

• Create detailed cabling manifests and network documentation.

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless network operations and migration.

  
  
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Juniper MX and QFX series and Cisco switches.

• Strong understanding of routing, switching, and network migration principles.

• Experience with Apstra, SDN technologies, and VMware NSX-T.

• Ability to produce detailed network and cabling documentation.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in data center environments.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
