Assist in optimizing the existing process management, promote the development and implementation of business, timely understand the dynamics of the front-line sales team, and form feedback
Track and organize information such as employee attendance and staff list; conduct review and summary of city-level performance rendering and incentives, and coordinate resources required for incentives
Organize, implement and execute regional and city-level team meetings, cultural activities and employee care initiatives
Work with the marketing team to assist sales team with marketing activities, providing customized support for chain clients
Handle internal coordination and communication work based on operational needs, covering departments including but not limited to Legal, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Product. Act as a key liaison to ensure smooth information flow between the sales team and internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
3+ years of experience in marketing/sales operations, prior experience in food delivery/restaurant brand operations is preferred;
Familiar with and Middle Eastern cultures, fluent in English for business communication;
Combine different playbooks and food delivery operational methodologies across countries/regions to accumulate replicable international experience.
