For Private Training of an 7 Year-Old Driver

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Karting Trainer/Coach to provide
one-on-one private coaching for an 7-year-old child in Dubai. The goal is to help the child develop strong karting fundamentals, improve technique, and build confidence on the track in a safe and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct private karting training sessions once or twice a week.
- Teach essential karting skills tailored for a young driver:
- Steering control
- Braking and acceleration
- Racing lines
- Cornering technique
- Track awareness & safe driving habits
- Provide age-appropriate guidance, motivation, and encouragement.
- Focus on building skill progression through structured drills and practice routines.
Ensure full safety compliance (gear, behavior on track, warm-up, post-session cool-down).
- Communicate progress and areas of improvement to the parents after each session.
- Adapt coaching style to suit the child's learning pace and comfort level.
Requirements
- Previous experience coaching children in karting or motorsports (must have).
- Strong knowledge of kart mechanics, kart handling, and racing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and patience when working with kids.
- Availability for 12 weekly sessions (weekends or weekdays in Dubai).
- Must be responsible, safety-focused, and able to manage a young driver on track.
Experience with beginner and intermediate youth karting programs is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background as a competitive kart racer or certified karting instructor.
- Experience coaching children between ages 814.
- Ability to create a long-term training plan for skill development.
