Keeta Drone-Logistics Operation Manager

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure on-site safety and operational order for Keeta drone deployments. Coordinate and communicate effectively with field personnel and teams to maintain workflow and meet project timelines.

2. Oversee order fulfillment and manage regional workforce allocation. Accurately assess real-time field conditions and supervise key operational processes, including takeoff and landing procedures.

3. Proactively identify and mitigate safety risks during operations, and respond promptly to safety-related incidents. Enforce safety protocols and foster a strong culture of safety awareness across all operational staff.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field is required; a strong academic background is preferred.

2. Proficient in using common office software and performing basic computer operations. 3. Candidates with logistics experience or frontline management experience in the logistics industry are preferred. Possession of a UAV pilot license (e.g., CAAC, AOPA) will be a distinct advantage.

4. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, with demonstrated ability to perform effectively in fast-paced and diverse work environments.
