We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel who will report to our Head of Legal Shared Services Italy as part of our team based in Milan.

You will be integrated in the legal team which provides legal support to various Kering brands on a variety of legal matters in the field of commercial law.

• Provide legal opinions and draft commercial agreements related to supply chain (i.e. manufacturing agreements, supply agreements, purchasing agreements of machineries, consultancy agreements, intercompany agreements, etc)

• Provide legal opinions and draft service agreements and purchasing agreements on various matters, supporting the procurement team

• Create memoranda and opinions for the benefit of internal clients

• Support the management of litigations related to the various areas in scope (supply chain area, services area, aftersales area, etc)

• You are a Law graduate

• You have strong attention to detail and high level of confidentiality

• You are passionate, flexible with a proactive approach and willingness to learn

• Team player

• You are proficient user of MS Office suite

• You are fluent Italian and English speaker French knowledge will be considered a plus
