KERING CORPORATE Legal Counsel

You will be part ofour legal team which provides legal support to various Kering Houses on a variety of legal matters in the fields of corporate and privacy law. You will reportdirectly to the Kering Shared Services Italy Senior Legal Counsel.

• Support thedrafting and updating ofOrganization, Management and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 (231 Models)

• Identifyand mapbusiness processes, including organization and management of interviews with the relevantfunctionmanagers

• Draft risk assessmentsin connection with the company business and considering the businessprocesses in place

• Assess the existing controls to mitigate risks and identifyadditional controls to be implemented in coordination of the Group policies and procedures

• Draft 231 Models and coordinate ancillary activities(such as:corporate resolutions, updating of the contractual provisions,coordination and draft of internal communications withthe Group Compliance department, HR function andbrands representatives, etc.)

• Organize 231 Models training

• Provide legal advice and map privacy related issues at company level in alignment with the Group and the Data Protection Officer

• Providelegal assistance in drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of agreements in relation to D. Lgs. No 231/01 and privacy related provisions

• Provide legal assistanceon day-to-day advice in relation to D. Lgs. No 231/01 and privacy related matters

• Create memoranda and opinions for the benefit of internalclients

• You hold a degreein law

• You are aqualified attorney with provenexperience in the following areas: compliance, privacy and corporatelaw

• You are fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken fluency in French will be considered a plus

• You havehigh level of confidentiality

• Youare adetail-oriented person who works well in a team

• You are passionate and flexiblewith a proactive approach and willingness tolearn

• You are proficient user of MS Office suite
