KERING CORPORATE Regional HRIS Analyst

Work with HRSS and HR teams to find solutions to any challenges with HR applications (Workday, ServiceNow, HR Actual, …) and shareideas to improve the end-user experience and promote HR applicationsadoption

Manage quality of data and identify risk areas

As part of Global HRIS team, ensure Workday is continuously developed andenhanced, in line with our Global design

Provide both expert and pragmatic adviceto ensure Workday is adopted and correctlyused

Support HR users to managebusiness processes

Perform local data quality audits and support in managing mass data upload

Contributeto testing activities (new WD releases, enhancements and fixes)

Participate to security audits and security breaches tests

Monitor local/regional integrations

Support on post implementation integrations with other systemsto ensure there is an effective and accurate transfer of data

You have Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, business related area or equivalent

You are keen to learn, proactiveand detail oriented,

You havestrong sense of responsibility and good interpersonal and communication skills

Youfeel at ease with complex and massive data management, manipulation, cleansing and formatting

Workday and ServiceNow experience domain knowledge will be a plus

You are fluent Italian and English speaker

You have good knowledge ofMS Office Suite (Excel and PowerPointespecially)
