We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Process & Project Analyst who will be part of the highly responsive Kering Supply Chain Security & Audit Department, based in Milan.

You will play a key role in monitoring processes and managing projects of the Supply Chain Security & Audit Department.

• Support in developing and maintaining the relevant documentation related to procedures and other documents regulating the Department activities

• Support in monitoring all Department activities by collecting and analysing data of processes and projects ongoing

• Act proactively to identify deviations and implement corrective actions

• Create presentations and prepare reports

• Keep positive relationships with team members to raise awareness about procedures to be followed and foster involvement in projects

• Provide advice to address various Department needs throughout value added input, analysis or perspectives

• You have a bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, statistics or related fields

• You have good knowledge of Project Management and strong analytical and digital skills

• You are detail oriented and extremely accurate

• You have excellent planning and time management skills

• You have collaborative skills to maintain effective and productive relationships with different teams

• You have proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite

• Fluent Italian and English speaker French knowledge will be considered a plus
