We are currently looking for a Sustainable supply chain data specialist who will report to our Sustainable Materials & Data Manager as part of our team based in Scandicci (Fi).

Youropportunity

You will support our Groupin its efforts to achieve sustainability goals through effective data management and analysis. You will be responsible for collecting, organizing and analyzing sustainability-related data, with particular focus on supply chain performances and impacts. You will support in providingaccurate and comprehensive insights into Kerings environmental impact and identify areas for improvement. By leveragingyour expertise in data analytics and sustainability metrics, you will play a crucial role in helping Keringtake informed decisions, develop strategies for reducing impacts and monitor progress towards sustainability targets. Ultimately, you will contribute to foster a more sustainable future by enabling evidence-based decision-making and promoting transparency in sustainability reporting.

How you will contribute

  • Manage the sustainability layer and questionnaires on adedicated platform used to gather information about sustainability from Keringsupply chain. Grant regular updates and align the platform content with Kering standards and sustainability strategies

  • Coordinate and improve sustainability data collection processworking alongside with Houses and external suppliers, according to specific needs and projects

  • Define and implement appropriate reporting tools organize regular meetings to discuss about sustainability KPIs, results, sustainability rating, next steps and other relevant information with the supply chain, the Houses and Kering management

  • Ensure a standardized methodology for rating suppliers on their sustainability achievements conduct annual vendor rating campaigns for sustainability KPIs derived from Keringsystems

  • Organize training sessions for suppliers and internal teams to ensure they are proficient in usingplatforms, questionnaires and other relevant tools and systems put in place by the team

Who you are

  • You have technical master's degree, engineering or chemical background will be considered a plus

  • You have former experience in sustainability data management

  • You have project management skills and the ability to move and act in interdisciplinary fields

  • You have excellent analytical, logical and organizational skills you feel confident in manipulating data

  • You have proven communication and interpersonalskill

  • You are fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken
