Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Communication Specialist to join our dynamic team and provide crucial support to the Senior Communication Manager in executing effective communication strategies.

How you will contribute

  • Assist the Senior Communication Manager in developing and executing comprehensive communication plans across multiple channels and platforms
  • Support in media planning management, including:
    • Collection of inputs from the markets
    • Collaboration in daily management of relationships with brands, media agency, creative agency, and markets.
    • Preparation of assets for the campaign
    • Control of online/on-air/print placement
    • Control of justifications
  • Support the preparation of advertising assets, including brief presentations and other related materials, to effectively communicate key messages and creative concepts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging and maintain consistent brand identity throughout all communication materials.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of various communication materials, such presentations, newsletters, trade messages etc..
  • Act as a point of contact for markets, supporting them with their communication needs, coordinating requests, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of communication initiatives, utilizing metrics and analytics to provide reports and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Support budget administration by tracking expenditures, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging communication tools and technologies to enhance the organization's communication efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, o ensure consistent messaging and effective communication of key initiatives.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in a communication role
  • understanding of media planning, including negotiation and booking processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, as well as MS Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in sport / lifestyle company is a plus
