Job Description

  • Developing initiatives of processes optimization

  • Analyzing business and user requirements, translating into proper system requirement specifications

  • Assisting the project team during the business requirement analysis, process design, IT system development, go live and roll out phase

  • Collaborating to the improvement of tools and software application across the Regions, working with all business functions involved (Sales, Information Technology, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, Planning)

  • Collaborating on the Customer Operations processes development initiatives in all the project phases

  • Participating in solution option evaluations with IT teams and business partners

  • Collaborating in system development initiatives both during implementation and post-implementation phase, assisting in integration, testing and key user training

  • Being responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365 system developments and enhancements

  • Developing implementation plans and associated documentation

  • Supporting the Customer Operations team in analyzing and solving operational problems

  • Master's degree in engineering or management

  • 5-7 years of working experience in similar role

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 system implementation and/or use is an advantage

  • Knowledge of order-to-cash flows

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and BI applications is a plus

  • Knowledge of SAP ERP systems is a plus

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint)

  • Knowledge of emerging digital technologies

  • Fluent in English

  • Project management and strong analytical skills

  • Proactive, problem solver and able to work on own initiative

  • Team player with a proactive orientation to results

  • Pragmatic and precise

  • Able to prioritize work effectively

  • Capable of working under pressure and leading multiple projects with tight deadlines
