We are currently seeking a Showroom Coordinator, who will report to the Head of Eastern Europe, as part of our EE subsidiary based in Novigrad.

• Showroom sample management
• Brand Ambassadors sample management
• Warehouse management
• Mail/parcels: all incoming and outgoing deliveries (Express Courier)
• Office entry-exit control (alarm system, cards...)
• General services maintenance of the office's systems
• Car fleet monitoring/maintenance
• Communication with municipal services

• 5+ years experience working in sample management and in general services
• Eastern Europe market knowledge is a plus
• Mandatory Croatian & English languages, both spoken and written
• Italian language is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of Office Pack (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Strong interpersonal relationship & communications skills
• Result driven, proven strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to details
• Multiple-tasking and flexible in accommodating ad-hoc tasks
