Your Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sponsored Events Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Sponsored Events Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events related to brand sponsorships for our rapidly expanding sunglasses brand. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape and enhance our brand presence through various sponsored events, mainly related to sport

How you will contribute

• Event Planning and Execution: Take charge of planning, organizing, and executing sponsored events, ensuring flawless execution from start to finish. This includes logistics management, budgeting, vendor coordination, clients treatment, on-site event management.
• Sponsorship Activation: Develop innovative strategies to activate brand sponsorships, such as product displays, brand activations, experiential marketing initiatives, and exclusive experiences for attendees.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, industry influencers, and other stakeholders to secure beneficial partnerships and maximize brand exposure opportunities and be sure to exploit all the levers guaranteed by sponsorship agreements
• Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador at sponsored events, ensuring the brand's values and messaging are effectively communicated. Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to align event activities with overall brand positioning.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the success of sponsored events, tracking key metrics and providing comprehensive reports to measure the impact of each event on brand visibility, customer engagement, and return on investment.
• Budget Management: Manage budgets for sponsored events, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently. Monitor expenses and seek cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality event experiences.
• Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging sponsorship opportunities within the related fields. Provide recommendations for new event sponsorships to maintain a competitive edge.

Who you are

• Proven experience as an events manager or in a similar role, preferably within sport/ lifestyle
• Proven experience of sponsorship world in the fields of sport / music / lifestyle
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to execute innovative sponsorship activations
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with event organizers and stakeholders
• Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
• Passion for sports, music, and lifestyle culture
